Please review the information below before scheduling your appointment. By booking with Lashes a la Mode, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Booking
A valid credit card is required to keep on file. All information is securely encrypted.
Booking Fees (non-refundable + non-transferable):
$50 for Full Sets
$35 for Lash Fills*
50% for full body sugaring services
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the booking fee will be applied towards the missed appointment.
Pro Tip: To secure your preferred time, consider setting up a recurring appointment through the end of the year.
Confirmations/Reminders
You’ll receive confirmation emails/texts after booking and reminds 48 hours before your appointment.
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to confirm does not cancel your appointment — you are still responsible for your scheduled time .
Opting out of reminders is your choice, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.
Late Policy
Lashes | 15- minute grace period — After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and booking fees forfeited.
*If serviced with less time, the full price will still apply.
Sugaring | 5-minute grace period — After 5 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and booking fees forfeited.
Please communicate with us — life happens and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
No Show Policy
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. Repeated no-shows will result in refusal of future bookings.
*Absolutely no refunds.
Cancellation Policies
Appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations, reschedules or no-shows = 100% of the service fee charged.
All cancellations/reschedules forfeit booking fees.
If no booking fee was collected when you pre-booked, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
Note: Same-day rescheules are treated as cancellations.
No Refunds on Services.
Allergic Reactions
Please inform us of any past reactions before your appointment. Patch tests are available upon requests.
*Refunds are issued for allergic reactions.
Studio Etiquette
Phones | Please silence devices during your appointment.
For lash services, avoid opening your eyes to check devices — it interrupts the service and may cause irritation.
Visitors
We do not allow any guests to appointments.
Lash Integrity
Your natural lash health comes first. We only apply extensions suitable for your lash type/strength.
If a requested style is unsafe for your natural lashes, we reserve the right to refuse the service. Healthy, happy lashes are always the priority!
Lash Fill Policy
Standard Fills | 14-21 days. Must have 50% of extensions remaining.
Plus Fills | Past 21 days between fills, less than 50% of extensions remaining, or if extra time is needed.
Full Set Required | If past 5 weeks or less than 40% remaining.
Helpful Hints | Lashes shed 2-5 per eye, per day, Waiting too long between fills means longer appointments and possibly requiring a full-set. If unsure, please reach out with photos before booking.
